1:1 Nutrition Counseling

  • Here we will talk about your health history, your dieting history, your relationship to food, and your definition of health (if you choose to). This is where we will create a plan that fits your health vision.

  • Here we will celebrate your progress and reflect on any challenges you have faced. We will use this time to individualize your plan even further so we can continue to support you. 

  • These follow-up sessions are utilized for quicker check-ins mainly for accountability. These sessions are usually best when you are further along in the journey.
